VIP welcome at Orly and Roissy CDG airports :
1- Arrival
The agent will welcome the VIP at the aircraft door with a personal sign.
2- Passport control
The agent will facilitate the passage of the VIP through immigration via a priority access point.
3- Luggages
The agent will help the VIP collect their luggage, then will lead them to the chauffeur who will wait outside or at a predefined location.
VIP departure at Orly and Roissy CDG airports :
1- Your arrival at the airport
Regardless of your means of transport, the agent will be in constant contact with the chauffeur, to prepare for the arrival of the VIP.
2- Check-in
The agent will facilitate the VIP’s check-in process. As part of a VAT refund, we will assist you in all your procedures with the customs service. Any VAT refund procedure will have to be made prior to boarding.
3- Passport control
No waiting time at immigration. The agent will facilitate the passage of the VIP through the passport check via a priority access point.
4- Security control
The agent will facilitate the passage of the VIP through the security check via a priority access point.
5- Business lounge
The agent will take the VIP to the business lounge if they are flying business, first class, or if they are in possession of a frequent flyer card, granting them access to the lounge.
6- Boarding
If required by the VIP, the agent will come back to escort them from the business lounge when the flight is scheduled to board.
